Während manche behaupten, der Kampf des Feminismus sei nicht mehr nötig und das Patriarchat sei unsere Einbildung, vergeht kein Tag, an dem Frauen*, Lesben, Transgender oder intersexuelle (FLTI) Menschen nicht von sexueller Gewalt, Feminizid, frauenverachtender, trans- oder homophober Beleidigung und anderen Formen der Unterdrückung betroffen sind. Immer noch werden Frauen* für gleiche Arbeit oft schlechter bezahlt als ihre männlichen Kollegen (gender pay gap) und haben bei gleicher Qualifikation schlechtere Berufschancen. Viele „weibliche“ Berufe z.B. in der Pflege werden schlechter bezahlt und nach Feierabend erledigen Frauen* immer noch den Großteil unbezahlter Reproduktionsarbeit wie, z.B. Kindererziehung, Haushalt, emotionaler Fürsorge und Pflege von Angehörigen.
Klerikal-faschistische Rollenbilder, wie sie uns heute mehr als präsent sind, durch die revolutionären Bestrebungen in Iran, begonnen von Frauen*, welche nach über 40-jähriger staatlicher Unterdrückung „Schluss!“ sagten und eine Bewegung in Gang setzten, vor welcher mensch nur den Hut ziehen kann. Unsere Solidarität und Unterstützung hier vor Ort ist das Mindeste, was wir hierzu beitragen müssen.
Nicht vergessen sind auch die Frauen* in Afghanistan, die einen reaktionären Backflash erleben, der menschenverachtender kaum sein kann.
In den USA erlebten wir ein reaktionäres Urteil, welches Frauen* das Recht auf Schwangerschaftsabbruch genommen hat, ein fundamentales Recht der Selbstbestimmung.
Auch in Deutschland ist der Abbruch an sich immer noch strafbar (weg mit § 218 StGB!), wird nur nicht geahndet. Deutschlandweit gibt es deshalb immer weniger Ärzt*innen, die Schwangeren in diesem Bereich Selbstbestimmung über ihr Leben ermöglichen!
Die Kämpfe im Iran zeigen uns, dass mit Beginn landesweiter Streikwellen die Herrschenden in Bredouille kamen, dieses Mittel, das Mittel des Streiks ist auch das Mittel, um die Bedingungen für Frauen* hier vor Ort zu verbessern und um über sie hinauszugehen.
Als AnarchaFeminist*innen stehen wir dafür, das Patriarchat und seine herrschaftssichernden Verwobenheiten mit dem Kapitalismus in Gänze überwinden zu wollen.
Nein zu Patriarchat, Staat und Kapital!

March 8 is just around the corner and preparations are underway around the world for a strong international women’s* day!
While some claim that the struggle of feminism is no longer necessary and that patriarchy is our imagination, not a day goes by that women*, lesbians, transgender or intersex (FLTI) people are not affected by sexual violence, feminicide, misogynist, trans- or homophobic insults and other forms of oppression. Women* are still often paid less than their male counterparts for the same work (gender pay gap) and have fewer job opportunities for the same qualifications. Many “female” professions, e.g. in care, are paid less and after paid labour women* still do most of the unpaid reproductive work such as raising children, household chores, emotional care and caring for relatives.
Clerical-fascist role models, as they are more than present to us today, through the revolutionary efforts in Iran, started by women*, who said “Stop it!” after more than 40 years of state oppression and started a movement, for which one can only take off one’s hat. Our solidarity and support here on the ground is the least we have to contribute.
Not forgotten are also the women* in Afghanistan, who are experiencing a reactionary backflash that could hardly be more inhumane.
In the U.S. we experienced a reactionary ruling that took away women’s* right to abortion, a fundamental right of self-determination.
In Germany, too, abortion itself is still punishable (get rid of § 218 StGB!), it is just not punished in practice most of the times. Therefore, there are less and less doctors in Germany who enable pregnant women to have self-determination over their lives in this crucial area!
The struggles in Iran show us that with the beginning of nationwide strike waves the rulers got into trouble. This implies, the means of the strike is also the means to improve the conditions for women* here on the ground and to go beyond them.
As AnarchaFeminists we stand for wanting to overcome patriarchy and its interweavings with capitalism which secure capitalism’s domination in its entirety.
